መባ የግብርና ልማት አ.ማ 1ኛ መደበኛ ጠቅላላ ጉባኤውን አካሄደ::
Meba Agricultural Development Share Company (MeAD) successfully conducted its 1st Regular General Assembly on February 7, 2026, at the Palm Palace Hotel in Bahir Dar. With a strong attendance that ensured a legal quorum, the assembly served as a pivotal platform for shareholders to review the company’s progress and chart its future direction. During the session, members thoroughly evaluated and approved various institutional reports, including the Board of Directors’ performance and external audit findings, ensuring transparency and accountability in the company’s operations.
መባ የግብርና ልማት አክሲዮን ማኅበር 1ኛ መደበኛ ጠቅላላ ጉባኤውን ቅዳሜ ጥር 30 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም በባሕር ዳር ከተማ ፓልም ፓላስ ሆቴል በድምቀት አካሂዷል። ምላተ-ጉባኤው በተሟላ ሁኔታ በተከናወነበት በዚህ ስብሰባ ላይ የማኅበሩን ጉዞ የሚወስኑ መሠረታዊ አጀንዳዎች ላይ ውይይት ተደርጎ ስምምነት ላይ ተደርሷል ። ጉባኤው የቀረቡትን የሥራ አፈጻጸም እና የኦዲት ሪፖርቶች በጥልቀት መርምሮ በሙሉ ድምፅ በማጽደቅ በማኅበሩ አሠራር ላይ ያለውን ግልጽነትና ተጠያቂነት አረጋግጧል ።
Beyond reporting, the assembly passed significant resolutions regarding the company’s financial structure, share management, and future investment plans. Strategic decisions were also made to strengthen the leadership team, including the appointment of an internal auditor and the election of board members to fill vacant positions. These collective decisions reflect the commitment of our shareholders to facilitate growth and affirm the long-term success of MeAD.
ከሪፖርቶች በተጨማሪ፣ ጉባኤው የማኅበሩን የፋይናንስ መዋቅር፣ የአክሲዮን አስተዳደር እና የወደፊት የኢንቨስትመንት ዕቅዶችን በተመለከተ ወሳኝ ውሳኔዎችን አሳልፏል ። እንዲሁም የማኅበሩን አመራር ይበልጥ ለማጠናከር ይቻል ዘንድ የውስጥ ኦዲተር መሾምንና በተጓደሉ የቦርድ አባላት ምትክ አዳዲስ አባላትን መምረጥን ጨምሮ የተለያዩ ውሳኔዎች ተሰጥተዋል ። እነዚህ የጋራ ውሳኔዎች መባ የግብርና ልማት አ.ማን ወደተሻለ ዕድገት ለማሸጋገርና ዘላቂ ስኬትን ለማረጋገጥ ያለንን ቁርጠኝነት የሚያሳዩ ናቸው ።
